Now online casinos are Legal in France. The France national assembly voted in favor of the bill legalizing casinos online in the country. Only remaining steps to complete the process is to apply the new regulations are approval by EU and committees verifying the constitutionality of the measure.
EU is already receiving complaints about new regulations and those do not comply with EU rules. Online casinos operating from other EU members say the rules discriminate in favor of existing French gaming monopolies, and break agreements that foreign licensing by other EU nations must be respected by domestic commercial markets.
EU investigators have a number of infringement complaints pressing, as several nations refuse to honor commitments toward a single free market But the procession to justice has been exceedingly slow by EC courts.
Meanwhile, French lawmakers say the new bill will help prevent illegal competition by unlicensed online gambling games sites. Budget Minister Francois Baroin told EGRmagazine he is “convinced this solution will allow us to gradually drain the black-market of online gaming by creating a legal alternative”.
By acting now, France may be able to allow citizens online sports betting in time for this year's World Cup, considered the major event of the sports gambling year.

Online Casino Gaming - Play Online Blackjack
Casino Blackjack is the most popular casino card game in the world and is also named as ‘21”. The basic rules of blackjack are quite easy to learn.
As the name 21 implies, the object of the game is to come as close to 21 points and at the same time more than dealer count.
The game begins with the player placing a bet, then receiving two cards face up. The dealer also receives two cards.
The player wins the amount that was bet if the total value of his cards is closer to 21 than the dealer's cards. Another way to win is if the dealer goes over 21, while the player does not.
The player loses the amount bet if his total goes over 21.
Casino Blackjack Rules:
The game of blackjack is dealt with six decks of cards, and after each hand, the cards are re-shuffled.
The dealer must continue drawing cards if the value of his two cards is 17 points or less, while the player can stop at any time.
The Player can split his cards when dealt cards of the same value, doubling his opportunity to play that particular hand. Split aces receive only one additional card.
Card Values:
In Casino blackjack, the suits of the cards have no significance.
Cards 2 through 10 have face value (for instance, 10 is worth 10 points).
Jacks, queens and kings are each valued at 10 points.
Aces are valued at either 11 or 1, depending on which is more advantageous to the player.
Player Actions/Bets and Button Descriptions
Bet: Here player can bet online blackjack how much he wants by clicking on the respective chip.
Deal: The player a press “Deal” to begin the game and gets two cards face up. The dealer also gets two cards.
Hit: If the player desires another card to be dealt, they may take a hit at any time before standing.
Stand: Stand is to be satisfied with your hand and refuse another card.
Soft hand: Any hand that contains an ace that can be counted as 11. For example, an ace and a 6 is called a soft 17.
Split: If the player's first two cards are of the same value (for instance, 6-6 or J-Q), they may be split into two separate hands. This is done by placing a second bet of equal value on the second set of cards. The player then proceeds to draw cards as usual. Note: There is an exception with splitting A-A in that only one additional card is dealt for each ace, and a hand totaling 21 after splitting aces is only considered 21, not blackjack).
Double: The player can "double down" after he has been dealt the first two cards, and the player believes that a solitary third card will give them a position to beat the dealer's eventual hand. The bet is doubled, only one additional card is dealt to the player, and the dealer completes his hand.
Blackjack: When the first two cards dealt total 21, it is called "blackjack." This most powerful hand beats a score of 21 (consisting of 3 or more cards).
Bust: When the total value of cards for either the dealer or the player exceeds 21, it is a bust. When the player busts, the bet is lost. When the dealer busts, the player automatically wins the bet.
Push: When the value of the dealer's cards (from 17 to 21) and the player's cards are equal, neither party wins, resulting in a push. The player's bet is returned.
Surrender: When the player hits the surrender button, they will receive 50 percent of their current bet. Surrender is only allowed on the first 2 cards
Insurance: When the player believes that the dealer might have blackjack, the player may purchase insurance against the dealer's blackjack (at the price of half their initial bet). The insurance pays 2 to 1 if the dealer does have blackjack. If the dealer does not have blackjack, the player loses his insurance. The bet is then settled by comparing the player's cards with the dealer's cards.

Challengers Bangalore vs Deccan Chargers IPL T20
Stadium : M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore
Date : Wednesday, 7th April, 2010
Time : 14:30 GMT, 8:00 PM IST
Competition: Indian Premier League T20
Broadcast : Live
Royal Challengers may have had a difficult time in the hands of Daredevils but they will take the challenge against Deccan Chargers in a different vein. The Deccan Chargers on the other hand are struggling after a few remarkable wins.
Bangalores batting and bowling performance is been good , though it was not consistent. Deccan dont have any batting depth in their team. There is only one man how can lift theChargers from here, its Adam Gilchrist. It is usually anybody’s game, but we expect Bangalore,s all-round might to overpower Deccan with ease.
The Royal Challengers lost in Delhi last time out and will surely bring Dale Steyn back in for Cameron White, who bowled a single over for 19 runs and made only four as an opener in the Indian capital. Manish Pandey could then resume his successful opening partnership with Jacques Kallis.
The Chargers are in desperately poor form, having lost five in a row, and have a hugely effective opening bowler twiddling his thumbs on the bench (Chaminda Vaas) but changes seem unlikely. RP Singh gave a much-improved bowling performance against the Rajasthan Royals on Monday, as did his less illustrious team-mate, Harmeet. That game was Dwayne Smith's first of the season and the powerful West Indian all-rounder should get another chance in this match.

Europa League: Standard Liege vs Hamburger SV Live Streaming, Score & Predictions
Watch Standard Liege vs Hamburger SV Live Streaming @ Sportsbook: The Europa League quarterfinals match between Standard Liege and Hamburger SV will take place at Maurice Dufrasne Stadium on Thursday 8 April 2010, kick-off set for 20:05 UK.
Hamburger SV moves on the lawn of Standard Liege in the second leg of the Europa League quarter-final. Victorious 2-1 in the first leg, the Germans know that the task will not be easy against the double Belgium champion in the title.
For the first time in many years, the Standard Liege has the opportunity to shine on the European stage by qualifying for the semi-finals of a European competition.
Beaten 2 goals to 1 in the first leg, the Belgians were forced to win and therefore they want to score to qualify. A mission is not impossible for Liege as they have always scored at least one goal this season when they moved home in the European Cup. However, their defense has not always been impeccable since cashed 2 goals against Salzburg and 3 against Arsenal at home.
By losing its last regular season game at home, Standard Liege said goodbye to his title, not reaching the Play-Off II of the Jupiler League, but still has a chance to play in Europe next year. In the European Cup this season, the Standard has lost only once at home during the 1st day of the Champions League against Arsenal. Since then, the Belgian chained with 3 wins and 1 draw. A 1-0 win by 2 goals or deviation would be sufficient on Thursday.
