Novak Djokovic is cuurently ranked number three in the World rankings playing his sixth French Open at Roland Garros. He won only one Grand Slam in his carrier 2008 Australian Open. At Roland Garros his performance is not up to the level, he reached semifinals only in the past five French Opens. Last year he returned in the third round after lost the match to Philipp Kohlschreiber in straight sets.
Kei Nishikori playing his first French Open his carrier and won the first round match against Santiago Giraldo in five sets. In 2008 US open he reached Fourth Round. He is playing in a grand slam after one year and facing Tough draw in the second round, against Novak Djokovic. Nishikori will be feeling positive after this victory, but he doesn’t stand much of a chance against Djokovic today. This year Nishikori won two titles at Sarasota and Savannah.
The both players has never played against each other in any tournament. Odds are a bit much on the Djokovic as favorite in this match.
