Serena Williams ahead of two more matches to win thirteenth Grand Slam title in her carrier and second at Roland Garros. She won the first French Open in 2002 and after that she didn’t entered into finals at Roland Garros. This time she has a good chance to win the second Grand slam title on Clay. Today in the Quarterfinals she plays against Samantha Stosur, who seeded number seven in the tournament.
Samantha Stosur is at number 7 in the world rankings and she has never won a single Grand Slam Title in her carrier. Last year she returned in the Semifinals but this time she is looking to win First Grand Slam Title in her carrier. She played last match against Belgium Star player Justine Henin and won in three sets 2-6, 6-1, 6-4.
These players are played four games against each other and among the four Serena won three matches. At first Grand slam of the Year Australian Open both are faced in the Fourth Round and Serena won the match in straight sets 6-4, 6-2. But Samantha was very much confident about to win against Serena Williams.
Odds are a bit much on the Serena Williams as favorite in this match.
