Fun line up for Wednesday. The Serbs, Ana and Jelena duking it out on Court Manolo Santana. F-Lo and Roddick following, and Rafa in his first match against someone who I have never heard of. The ZooLander duo of F-lo and Nando are playing dubs again on Court 5.
Nadal is ranked 3rd on tour and he is the top clay courter so the only way Dolgopolov wins this match is if Nadal totally drops the bomb.
The Ukrainian player Oleksandr Dolgopolov Jr showed some signs of a good, or at least decent, clay-court season, by winning a few Challengers, but he failed every time he met a better player in a more serious tournament, showing that he lacks the class required to perform on clay at a bigger level, and fully justifying his 0-8 record on clay. This guy pretty much got spanked by Martin Klizan in Casablanca, Jan Hajek in Rome and Ventura in Munich, despite taking a set from them. Psychological factor should also have a contribution here, as it is very hard to play good knowing that Nadal is on the other side of the court, and you have no chance to win.
Oleksandr Dolgopolov young and possibly up and coming, but Nadal's form on clay will not permit an unaccomplished player to enjoy any success whatsoever.

Oleksandr Dogopolov Jr. did give Rafa a bit of a challenge today. I was surprised at how well he played against Rafa. But of course Rafa was the winner of this one. Thank goodness!
