According to the Los Angeles Times both Kobe Bryant and Andrew Bynum are suffering from right knee-related injuries.
“Bryant recently had a significant amount of fluid drained from his swollen right knee,” says a Times report, which also goes on to say that Kobe hasn’t practiced since the Lakers’ West semifinal sweep of the Utah Jazz.

The torn cartilage in Bynum’s right knee is said to be “getting worse” after a Saturday scrimmage but Lakers coach Phil Jackson told the Times, “[Bynum] played well [during Saturday's scrimmage] and we’re hopeful that he’s going to be at that level.”
The Lakers have been Jekyll and Hyde-like in their last 20 games at the STAPLES Center, going 16-4 straight up but going 6-13-1 against the spread at the same time.
