NBA: Chicago Bulls Beat Atlanta Hawks with 3-2 Series Lead

Derrick Rose scored 33 points, Luol Deng added 23 and the Chicago Bulls beat the Atlanta Hawks 95-83 in Game 5 of the semifinals of Basketball League in the Eastern Conference Tuesday night, taking a lead of 3-2 in the best-of-seven series.




Chicago Taj Gibson had 11 points - all in the fourth quarter. Rose also scored 11 in the quarter; the Bulls beat the Hawks 26-15 in the fourth.

Taj, man, he not only knows how good he is at this moment, said Rose. Still young, still trying to learn the game, but he came and did what I should do.

Game 6 is Thursday in Atlanta and Chicago is a victory for its final conference first appearance since 1998, when Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen finished their second championship three peat.

Josh Smith led the Hawks with 16 points. Jamal Crawford graduated from Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, which had just two points on 1-of-9 shooting.

Djokovic defeated nadal in the Clay Court for the first time out of ten tries. This is Djokovic’s third straight victory over Nadal in finals this season. Djokovic’s sixth title of 2011 allowed him to go by Bjorn Borg’s 31-match season-opening run in 1980. He trails only John McEnroe’s 42-0 start in 1984.

Djokovic spent most of the seasons as No. 3 player in the world behind Nadal and Federer, but he started the year by winning the Australian Open and did not looked back. On Sunday, Djokovic raced out to  4-0 lead after Nadal cleared to be broken for the second time. Djokovic stepped on the pedal from word 'go' and maintained that rhythm till the end. Nadal did not looked in that sort of confidence which he displayed against Roger Federer last nite, and struggled to match Djokovic intensity in the match.

NBA: Atlanta Hawks Beats Chicago Bulls

But Rose needed 32 rounds to do it, and it was not nearly as effective as he was a man in his career, scoring 44 more points in Game 3 that the Chicago Bulls 99-82 route to restore the home-court advantage. Bulls seeded may still be excluded from the series just winning at home, but the Hawks will know that at least one home game.

and won with Result 2:1 and Malisse played with Y.Lu within Tournament Masters Series Madrid

Malisse tries his level best to extend this match and in doing so, holds his serve for a 3-5 scoreline. The Belgian needs to do something now before Federer flies away with the match while serving for it now.

MLB: Detroit Tigers Won Against New York Yankees (6-3)

Detroit Tigers met New York Yankees on Thursday, 5th May, 1:00PM at Comerica Park in Detroit. Tigers performed really well in MLB and beat Yankees for the third straight time. Detroit won against Yankees with the score 6-3.

The Umpires for the game were HP--Tim Tschida. 1B--Jeff Nelson. 2B--Marty Foster. 3B--Bill Welke

In the first round the scores were 0-1, second 0-0, in the third 0-0 , in the fourth 2-0 ,fifth 0-0 ,sixth 0-1 ,seventh 0-3,eighth 0-1 and Ninth 1-X ,and the final score by the two teams is 6-3.

Yankees led 2-1 in the sixth and Ramon hit hard single to right. Ramon  shifts to second on sacrifice and Boesch’s two-out single up the middle tied the game.

Boesch’s solo homer in the eighth made it 6-2. It was Detroit’s fourth and final hit. Boesch had a bizarre 2010, hitting .342 with 12 homers before All-Star break, then hitting .163 after it. He’s off to another nice start this season, hitting .318.
