Mexico played their last match against England and lost with 3-1. Mexico wants to test their strengths and weekness before they are going to play 2010 FIFA World Cup. Mexico will play their first match in the World Cup Against South Afric on June 11, 2010. Before that Mexico coach wants to expose the strengths of the Mexican side and they are meeting Holland with only a victory in mind and nothing less. After this match Mexico will play two more friendly matches with Gambia and Italy before World Cup.
In the last five matches Mexico is with 3-W, 1-L and 1-D where as the Netherlands is with 2-W and 3-D. Netherlands played their last match against USA and won with 2-1. Netherlands will play their first World Cup match against Denmark on June 14, 2010. Before going to play big event Netherlands will play two more matches with Ghana and Hugary along with Todays match with Mexico.
Both Mexico and Netherlands are in the world cup finals in South Africa and are sharpening their best for the world most prestigious football show.Both teams are played three times against each other, two friendly and one at World Cup. In both friendly matches Netherlands won but in the 98 WC match was Draw with 2-2.
Mexico wants to win this match to improve their record against Netherlands as well as put down them to 2-1. Considering the form the Mexicans are playing very well, it will be unwise to wage against them but with a team of the class of Netherlands, things could go either ways.
