Germany beats Argentina in the 2006 world cup Quarterfinals with 4-2 in the penalties. Both finished half time with out any goal but in the second half scored each goal and finished full time with 1-1. In the 49th minute Argentina Center back Roberto Ayala opened the lead for Argentina. In the 80th minute Miroslav Klose score the first goal in the match to level the score with 1-1. In the extra time no one took the advantage to finish the game which leads into penalty kicks.
In the penalty kicks Germany scored four goals where as Argentina scored only two out of Four. German Goalkeeper Lehmann saved goals for the Germany to give fantastic victory over Argentina.
