In the last five matches Honduras has 2-W, 3-L where as Belarus has 1-W, 2-L and 2-D. in the last match Honduras played against Venezuela in Friendly match and lost with 1-0.
Honduras coach Reinaldo Rueda has listed his 23-man World Cup squad and seven reserves in case of injuries. He announced the names of 23 players but he need to reveal seven more reserved players.
Honduran striker David Suazo said to Austria Press Agency, “Spain is the best team in the world, that's clear, but it would be a lie to say that we can't beat Spain, Anything can happen”.
England-based trio Wilson Palacios, Hendry Thomas and Maynor Figueroa are part of the squad, along with experienced duo David Suazo and Carlos Pavon, while Georgie Welcome is the surprise replacement for the injured Carlo Costly.
Honduras wants to won the matches and improve their confidence before going to big event in the next month. Odds are a bit much on the Honduran as favorite in this match.
