San Jose Sharks vs Chicago Blackhawks Live Hockey Betting Odds: After going 2 for 2 in San Jose, the Chicago Blackhawks return to the friendly confines of the United Center in Chicago, looking to really put the pressure on the Sharks.

Going into tonight’s Game 3, the ‘Hawks are -155 home favorites while the the San Jose Sharks are +135 underdogs and the Total is set at 5.5.

In the Blackhawks’ last 20 games overall, they are 15-5 straight up and in their last eight overall games against the San Jose Sharks, they are 7-1 SU and also in those eight games, there have been 6 Overs and 2 Unders.

However, the last nine times the ‘Hawks have hosted the Sharks, the results haven’t been too good for Chicago bettors as they are 2-7 SU in that situation.

In San Jose goalie Evgeni Nabokov’s last eight games in the Windy City, the Sharks are 6-2 SU and in his last eight road games, the Sharks are also 6-2 SU.

Sharks head coach Todd McLellan said that his big line of Joe Thornton, Patrick Marleau and Dany Heatley had to find a way to beat Chicago’s checking line of Dave Bolland, Kris Versteeg and Andrew Ladd.

“But the simple fact is, if our big line ends up on the ice against those three, they have to find a way to outplay them,” McLellan told the AP.

“There’s nothing that we can continually do to get away from it. They’re going to be up against them. At the end of the night, they have to find a way to be productive.”

In current series price betting, the Blackhawks are overwhelming -600 while the Sharks are +430 underdogs.
